It is a townhouse that was constructed as a semi residential and business place. It is 52 square meters all in all divided into three equal floors. The upper two floors is residential, consisting of 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, a living room and dining room area. The lower floor is for business and has 1 bathroom. The area is very nice and conducive for business cause we are located across Integrated School. We have never experienced flooding in this area. The area is secure cause we live in close proximity to the Barangay and Police Station.
