How we charge
For rent properties
We charge a service fee equal to the rental price of 1 month for a 1 year lease contract. For a lease below or above 12 months, we charge an amount equal to 8.33% or 1/12 of the total contract size.
For sale properties
We charge a minimum of 3% of the sale price as our service fee.
