3 Ways To Attract Millennials To Buy Condo Units
Millennials are making waves in shaping the world at large. Millennials in 2016 are either graduating from college or have jobs of their own. They make up a significantly large portion of the spending community, and are able to either start investing towards acquiring their own property, or investing enough money to move out of their parents’ homes. Commercial spaces for rent in prime Metro areas are now consistently being inhabited by Millennials interested in shaping and customizing their living spaces.

Understanding Millennials
Quite simply, the generation that make up a significantly large segment of the working class across industries today are referred to as Millenials. These individuals are those that were born between the early 80s to the early 2000s during the rise of the information age. Millennials, therefore, have a good handle on working with technology and moving through the digital universe of the world wide web. Millennials all have some form of social media, and are able to pass information for as long as they have access to internet. Millennials, therefore, have customized their own version of “word of mouth” that other millennials are willing to digest. The rise in social media such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram (to name a few) have provided Millennials with the perfect, customizable medium to disseminate legitimate information that will impact a large part of the spending community in real-time and short order, with the press of a button.

Out with the Old
Traditional marketing schemes rarely bring impact to millennials, mostly because these schemes were crafted for a different generation altogether. Traditional strategies, while observably feasible and had actually worked for Baby Boomers, fail to consider the fact that millennials now make up the majority of the spending community. Millennials rely heavily on real information that have gone through a filter that they understand. Information passed on by real people through real friends on social media are more inclined to make a larger impact on them rather than being bombarded by traditional ads and commercials.

Functional and Flexible
In truth, millennials would rather travel outside of their comfort zone rather than live in a sprawling mansion, mostly because this is not the lifestyle that they believe in. They would rather work for a vision they believe in versus a lucratively competitive compensation package. Seeing the wonders of the world and relating their stories to their families and friends are more important to them than staying put in a large and empty house. Millennials actually promote a very minimalist lifestyle, mostly because they are genuinely aware of the world around them. They travel to see the world, work remotely, and want a small, personal space that they can rest in. Millennials will opt to purchase a product because they care about its environmental advocacy or because their friends speak highly of it. Social issues, environmental awareness, political viewpoints are easily and readily disseminated throughout their personal circles. Commercial space for rent that are customizable and adjustable to their fast-paced, functional lifestyle will be more recognizable than a large apartment or condominium that hinders their progress towards tailor-making their lives to suit their personal vision.
Millennials have a larger impact on industries today because they make up the majority of money makers and spenders of the world. They make good use of research through the internet in order for them to be sure of their purchases. They make use of tools like social media and remote work in order for them to live where they want to live and work where they want to work. More and more businesses that have the option to customize their menus or selection are getting traction across industries because they have the vision to recognize how millennials view the world that they live in. From customized accessories to commercial spaces for rent, millennials opt for the freedom to choose where they spend their money on
