RGS Real Estate Forum: An Effective Gathering of Top Industry Influencers

Well-respected real estate brokers and industry influencers gathered last April 23, 2018, at Ateneo Graduate School of Business, Rockwell Center, Makati City for the RGS Real Estate Forum.

The forum was organized and headed by Robert G. Sarmiento, industry thought leader and veteran real estate professional of 28 years.  Through this forum series, Mr. Sarmiento continued to accomplish the sharing of relevant information to succeed in the real estate sector, while promoting collaboration and a sense of community across many of the top real estate professionals in the country.

Esteemed chairman of the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service and chairman for Education of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Eduardo G. Ong, provided the latest updates on his organization’s activity, and the movement to further improve professionalism and ethics in the sector.

Ramon Ballesca, CEO of Hoppler, demonstrated the advantages of mixing technology with collaboration across a professional network.  Eddie Boy Santos, owner of Re/Max Regent, shared uplifting success stories of selling prime real estate and highlighted the growing value of property in affluent Metro Manila neighborhoods.

Atty. Eufrocina M. Sacdalan-Casasola imparted her knowledge of TRAIN law implications and its effect on real estate.  Andy Manalac of Havitas Developments ignited the audience by providing advice on effective branding and targeted networking.  And last but certainly not least, Carl Dy, President of Spectrum Investments shared his inspirations to become one of the top project selling brokers previously at Ayala Land.
