Hoppler Celebrates Growth of Partner Broker Network at Kick-Off Party
In celebration of the growth and milestones of its Partner Broker Network in the previous year, Hoppler held its Brokers’ Kick-Off Party last January 31, 2019 in Manila House Private Club in BGC. The event also served as the formal launch for the new year as Hoppler unveiled what’s to come in 2019.
The event was opened by CEO Ramon Ballesca, Jr. who welcomed the Partner Brokers in attendance. A sumptuous meal was then served as guests had the chance to socialize with fellow brokers.
The highlight of the afternoon was an awards ceremony, where outstanding Partner Brokers were feted with distinctions. The awards were given during the Kick-Off Party were the Real Estate Agency of the Year, given to the company that Hoppler had closed the most deals with in 2018; the Listings Partner of the Year, in recognition of the broker who listed the most number of quality listings; the Partner Broker of the Year, awarded to the individual who closed the most number of deals.
List of awardees:
- Real Estate Agency of the Year – Re/Max Capital
- Listings Partner of the Year – John Rey Zulueta of JLL
- Partner Broker of the Year – Harold Vargas of HV Realty
Additionally, a special distinction, the Industry Leader Award, was given to Mr. Robert G. Sarmiento, founder of Robert G. Sarmiento Realty, for his leadership and influence in the network and real estate industry as a whole.
Before the event concluded, Ballesca shared what to expect in 2019 which includes an expansion initiative to new cities, particularly in the north and south of Metro Manila, and the inclusion of CPD credits in the company’s events for brokers.
With its vision cast, Hoppler President Raymond Gonzalez gave a closing toast.
The rest of the afternoon was spent catching up with partners, connecting with new ones, and sharing a newfound drive and passion to close more deals together.
