Filling Station Bar Café: An American-Style Diner in Poblacion

Neon-lit and nostalgic, Filling Station Bar Café is a popular restaurant on Burgos Street in Poblacion, Makati due to its photogenic interiors and tasty American cuisines. A place filled with memorabilia from past decades, its concept is to provide guests an American diner-inspired experience.

Vintage items including old telephones, vinyls, movie posters, gasoline pumps, and a 1959 Cadillac Eldorado are all over Filling Station. Moreover, the floor resembles a checkerboard and booths are in red and white to complete its retro vibe.
