It was a family dream to have our own house. However, ever since I was a kid, it was already a struggle because of many factors. I said to myself that I should work hard for us to be able to buy a house. After years of hard work, we finally have our own house now. Talking to many people, it really reveals that owning a home is truly a dream of almost everyone and I want to be an instrument for them to reach that dream.
Nowadays, what is the best type of home Filipinos should invest in?
Filipinos should invest in a house and lot. Investment wise, it gives you more security and a sense of ownership since you own the land where your house stands.
